John H. Dill III, aka Dill, is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans illustration, photography, music, and design.

Raised in the Caribbean and working between New York and San Francisco, Dill has spent more than 25 years building a creative practice that bridges commercial and personal work. His background in design, photography, and music has shaped a lifelong interest in culture, perception, storytelling, and human connection.

After stepping away from DJing in 2017 due to hearing issues, Dill began a daily drawing practice that evolved into Trip Number, an ongoing body of illustration work exploring memory, transformation, humor, and the subconscious.

His work has been exhibited in both physical and digital formats and continues to expand through photography, publishing, music, and large-scale installation projects. In 2026, Dill was selected as a Burning Man Honorarium artist for Keyhole to Other Dimensions, a 10-foot interactive installation inspired by years of gifting, documentation, and participation within the Burning Man community.

Through Slice of Dill, he shares an evolving collection of artwork, photography, music, and creative projects.
